Madhu is an Engagement Manager at Rock Health, where she leads client projects on digital health and innovation strategy. She brings expertise in healthcare innovation, payer and Medicaid strategy, and investment evaluation, with a focus on improving access and outcomes through scalable solutions.

Prior to Rock Health, Madhu managed the Medicaid Innovation Collaborative at Acumen and advised on health investments. She previously served as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, supporting expansion strategy, and as a Manager at PwC, where she guided large health systems through strategy and transformation projects.

Madhu majored in Neuroscience and Women’s and Gender Studies at Wellesley College and earned her MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
