Taylor is an Advisory Fellow at Rock Health and Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) candidate at Boston University School of Public Health.

Before pursuing her doctorate, Taylor worked at IBM Consulting where she supported strategy and operations for USAID’s global health supply chain. Most recently, she worked in state health policy on resource planning and conducted research on prescription drug affordability.

Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the College of William & Mary and a Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
