  • Coordinate and lead interviews with clients, customers, physicians, and thought leaders
  • Communicate and present insights to consultants, engagement leaders, and clients
  • Develop financial models to perform quantitative analysis
  • Leverage AI tools with sound judgment, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with project teams to execute projects
  • Participate in research and publication of digital health thought leadership
  • Engage with the digital health ecosystem
  • Collaborate with the broader Rock Health team on company-wide initiatives

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with AI for research and note-taking, paired with sound judgment and discipline in its use
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies as they become available
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities
High level of motivation and self-starting attitude
  • Passion for digital health innovation
  • Willingness to travel when necessary to meet client and team needs (note the role is primarily remote; however, a few planned events happen each year that you may be required to attend)

Ideal candidates share our core values:

  • Pioneering—we inspire the future, spark original thinking, and embrace ambiguity and change
  • Impactful—we work on the things that matter most, make lasting change, and punch above our weight
  • Truth telling—we deliver trusted insights, tell it like it is (nicely), and admit what we don’t know
