Rock Weekly: The first digital health IPO of 2014 is…

Care.com filed for an IPO this week, amid rumors of a secret filing last month and a plethora of other startup funding announcements (including Practice Fusion, Healthloop, and Rock Health portfolio company Wildflower Health).

In addition to being what looks like the first digital health IPO of the year, Care.com also has another unique feature: a female CEO.  And it’s not just women CEO’s that are rare in digital health — there’s a dismal percentage of female speakers on the health conference circuit.  Learn more about how we can fix this in 2014 and our XX in Health initiative.
