“Anything you can do, I can do better”

On the heels of Amazon’s recent official rollout of AWS for Health, last week Google Cloud announced a new data organization tool for healthcare—another move in the growing health data infrastructure and interoperability solutions market that’s poised to be a new battleground for market dominance. But tech titans aren’t the only ones with their eyes on this prize. So far this year, there’s been $836M in funding across 18 deals for startups focused on digital health data infrastructure and interoperability. It's the highest funding amount we've seen for this value proposition to date, almost triple 2020's $293M total funding in the category. If data is gold, then perhaps infrastructure competition is digital health's 2021 Olympics.

We’re already counting down the days until Rock Health Summit 2021, and one of the many reasons is the Rock Health Summit Innovation Council. We’ve been working hand-in-hand with this stellar squad of industry leaders to cook up this year’s Summit content—and you won’t want to miss it.
