Nelly Ganesan is deeply committed to ensuring everyone receives the right care at the right time, regardless of race, gender identity, or financial status. With 20 years of experience in the quality, value, and equity space, she specializes in care models that focus on improving care, health outcomes, and reducing costs. Her expertise includes utilizing patient-reported outcomes to enhance the entire care experience. Nelly supports the strategy and Partnership function at RockHealth.org, where she drives initiatives to create a more equitable healthcare system for everyone.
Most recently, Nelly Ganesan served as the Executive Director of Health Equity and External Affairs at Morgan Health, a business unit within JPMorgan Chase dedicated to improving the quality, affordability, and equity of care for individuals with employer-sponsored insurance. In this role, Nelly led initiatives to promote equitable care for JPMorgan Chase employees and the communities in which they live and work. Before joining Morgan Health, Nelly spent 10 years at Avalere Health, where she provided advisory services to a wide range of clients, including health plans, life sciences companies, employers, patient groups, health systems, and foundations, with a focus on quality, health equity, care transformation, and measurement. Earlier in her career, Nelly worked at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, concentrating on population health and hospital-based quality improvement.
Nelly received her Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from Boston University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon.
