Tatiana Blue Dixon is RockHealth.org’s inaugural Innovator in Residence. She brings her experience in program development, patient-centered design, health equity, and product development to the Equitable Design Initiative and cross-organizational priorities. She is the Principal Consultant at TBD Strategies, LLC and former Health Equity Program Manager at Google. At Google, she analyzed complex user harm and equity problems across Google’s products, developed recommendations for mitigation, and partnered across the health and product organizations to drive implementation. She was also responsible for supporting the Chief Health Equity Officer in mapping the team’s strategic plan, developing impact measurement tools, and overall operational excellence process improvement.
