Sue Siegel is a GE Corporate Officer and the CEO of healthymagination, GE’s $6 billion global commitment to provide better health for more people by lowering costs and increasing access.

Sue is a 25-year industry leader with corporate and venture capital experience in growing companies that bring key enabling technologies to the forefront of biomedical research and healthcare. Prior to joining GE, she was a General Partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures where she led investments spanning enabling technology platforms, molecular diagnostics and digital health, which leveraged the convergence of these disciplines in driving personalized, consumer-driven and information-based healthcare.
Prior to joining Mohr Davidow Ventures, Siegel served as President and Director of Affymetrix, Inc., a publicly traded company that pioneered GeneChip® technology, which propelled the expansion of the genomics field and accelerated the early development of personalized medicine. During her tenure, Siegel grew the company from an early stage company into a global leader with a multi-billion dollar market cap and the gold-standard gene expression platform for biomedical research. Sue’s other industry experience includes senior leadership positions with Amersham International, now part of GE Healthcare, E.I. DuPont & Co., Eastman Kodak Co., and Bio-Rad.

Vinod Khosla is an entrepreneur, investor, and technology fan. He is the founder of Khosla Ventures, focused on impactful clean technology and information technology investments. Mr. Khosla was a co-founder of Daisy systems and founding CEO of Sun Microsystems where he pioneered open systems and commercial RISC processors. One of Mr. Khosla’s greatest passions is being a mentor to entrepreneurs, assisting entrepreneurs and helping them build technology based businesses. Mr. Khosla is driven by the desire to make positive impact through scaling alternative energy, achieving petroleum independence, and promoting a pragmatic approach to the environment. He is also passionate about Social Entrepreneurship. Vinod holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from IIT, New Delhi, a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Joshua Kushner is the Founder and Managing Partner of Thrive Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm primarily focused on technology and media investments. Since its founding three years ago, Thrive has raised $200 million. Recently, Joshua co-founded Oscar, a health-insurance start-up that is using technology, design, and data to help humanize and simplify healthcare. He also serves as a Principal director of Kushner Companies, a diversified private real estate organization involved in the ownership, development, and management of multifamily, commercial, retail, industrial and hotel properties throughout the United States. In addition, its holdings include the Observer Media Group, of which Joshua is a board member. He is also on the Paley Center’s Board of Trustees.
