We’re Hiring an Operations Manager

We’re searching for a warm and hyper-organized Jack (or Jane)-of-all-trades to join us as our Operations Manager. This role, serving as the physical and virtual face of Rock Health, requires a special blend of personality. Foremost, an authentic love of people and a superhuman level of calmness.

As the Rock Health Operations Manager, you’ll need a few obsessions. We’ll list them out, alphabetically: automation, The Container Store, entrepreneurship, Google Docs, movies, planning (inclusive of planning for things like: natural disasters, parties, and world domination), snacks, and Tetris. Oh, and digital health, of course; curiosity about the space in which we work is a prerequisite (and resolving it a perquisite).

Working at Rock Health is driven by a love of service. Everyone on our team cares deeply about working on behalf of our entrepreneurs, and the Operations Manager has the added responsibility of helping everyone on our team. We are a quirky bunch, so we’d love to find someone with their own style—hopefully one that is filled with humor and ill-timed (but tension-cutting) high fives.
