It’s March Madness time for tech nerds everywhere, with SXSW 2014 takeoff just a few days away. Here’s our list of this month’s top digital health events around the world.

3/5-7, Wearables DevCon, San Francisco

3/6-7, The Future of Genomic Medicine, La Jolla, CA

3/7-9, Healthcare Innovation Weekend, Germany 

This three-day extravaganza is a massive opportunity for designers, physicians, and developers to forge ties by creating disruptive technologies and services in healthcare. The top teams will win a 10,000 Euro cash prize and this year, the best idea around improving patient-physician conversations, especially as it relates to improving adherence to meds, will be given a special award.

One of the BEST events of the year—SXSW is the hub for cutting-edge technology and digital creativity. The 2014 event features five days straight of sweet panels, baller networking events, and top-notch programs showcasing the best of emerging tech. 3/11-12, Healthcare Innovation Summit Asia, Singapore 

The 5th annual conference will bring together leaders in Heath IT across industries to work through challenges in implementation and brainstorm strategies for clinical work process designs.

3/17-21, TED2014, Vancouver, BC 

To celebrate it’s 30th anniversary, this year’s TED talks will explore the biggest developments of the last three decades. Join geneticists, philosophers, brain scientists and magicians, at TED’s new location in Vancouver as they understand and shape the biggest trends of the future.

3/27, XX in Health Retreat, Sausalito
