What SPACs mean for digital health

Raise your hand if, at some point over the past year, you asked yourself, “Exited via SPAC…what now?”—and then watched as a single SPAC headline gave way to many more, infiltrated your digital health news feed, and eventually turned into a Full. Blown. Thing.

Same here. After conducting an informal poll of the Rock Health (virtual) office and determining that many team members had been pitched participation in a SPAC, we decided it was high time we dove headfirst into digital health’s very own SPAC boom.
