Rachel supports the research team as a fellow at Rock Health. She is a second year dual degree MPH/MBA candidate at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Carey Business School, concentrating on health economics and population health informatics. Rachel has worked most recently as a digital health strategist at Ipsen Bioscience. She graduated from Louisiana State University and is a Returned Peace Corps volunteer, serving in Rwanda.
